Professor Carlos has Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor degree in Forensic Science, Master of Arts in Law from Institute of Research of Belgrade, Russia. He is an expert in Forensic Sciences.
He has served as a Senior Expert in Central Forensic Laboratory of the Ministry of Interior and in the laboratory Trazología-Ballistic in Havana, Cuba. Has been the Director of Business Project Management, in the ministry of Trade, Habana, Cuba犀利士
